ICEPAED Registration

The registration fee includes full conference participation, lunch, and the conference dinner. Travel and accommodation arrangements are not included and must be organised privately (see our travel tips for guidance).

The conference fee is NOK 2,056 (as of December 2025; approximately €173 / $202 / £151). Payment is made by credit card at checkout during registration.

Please note: on Day 1, the bus from the conference venue to the dinner restaurant will depart 30 minutes after the program ends. There is no formal dress code, and you are not expected to change for dinner.
